Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If for some reason you feel your products have been damaged during shipping, please notify us. We take all measures possible to assure your order is received intact and in proper condition. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately after receiving your order. Do not throw anything out or discard any items, as we may require them to be sent back.
